Unfortunately a very negative experience. The service was rude from the start and the sundaes were extremely small for the high prices. In particular, the menu suggests a completely different picture and you will be bitterly disappointed. If there are more than 2 balls in the cup, I would be surprised, a maximum of 3 tiny ones. On top of that, the sundaes were brought with such a waiting time that the first ones were already ready and you thought it was forgotten. The criticism that was presented at the end of the service was then dismissed with a "yes, my colleague did". 7.60 € stands for the small sundae anyway out of proportion, but the rest of the behavior unfortunately worsened the experience all around. The request to get a free glass of tap water after having ordered several ice cream sundaes and drinks was ultimately reflected in monetary terms on the bill, which was only issued on explicit request. The location is good, but there is clear room for improvement.

Absolutely unfriendly behavior. When asked if you can have cake to take away from the house, there was just a short and terse "No time", before the waiter went straight to other things. Either you don't want to make any sales or something ...

Incredibly rude man behind the counter who answers questions briefly and snippily if at all. The service was also relatively unfriendly and uncooperative. Why can I use my spaghetti ice cream e.g. not get it with any other type of ice cream than vanilla? Has never been a problem in any ice cream parlor! In addition, long waiting times until you finally got the card. The ice cream itself was ok but not exceptional either

Tasted very good, large selection, but very unfriendly service

The service was nice. The cappuccino ok. There are two stars for that. However, the cakes, nut wedges, and apple turnovers weren't particularly good. The facility is a bit old. The ambience has no line at all. It was the only downtown café that had free seats. There is definitely a reason for that.

If there was less like a star, I would give zero. The waiter was arrogant and rude. And incapable!

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. The restaurant is in a good position in the center of Mittenwald, the quality is comparable to that of all the surrounding similar places, the service is excellent, the prices average. It is very useful for Italian tourists to be able to speak their own language for orders

We waited 15 minutes, but the waiter who prepared a cocktail was not able to make 2 balls of ice cream. Sad!

Can especially score with the many flies, which at least today seem to inevitably come when you take a seat. Coffee goes that way, cake and friendliness of service well. I didn't like it at all. Toilet clean, therefore 2 stars. Annoy me not to have eaten 50m further at the cafe, that looked really good. Other reviews here speak for themselves. Will not come back.

Wonderful place, I went a few days ago to get an ice cream and what to say to my amaze excellent presentation of the place as well as welcoming and polite staff! I have a 6 year old girl and she also had a great time, kind, helpful well stocked excellent ice cream, great coffee !!! These days it is difficult to find such a place ... so if you happen to pass through Mittenwald stop to enjoy all this ... I could even put more than 5 stars !!!!!

Experience to be repeated ... I was passing through and immediately you are attracted to the place that at first glance gives a not indifferent visual emotion ... so I decided to sit down .. I got to order a coffee and then a fresh ice cream and I can say that both were excellent..the place was impeccably clean and tidy..a note of merit goes to the Italian waitress FRANCESCA who with her professionalism and kindness made our stop really special..short to everyone keep it up ... I will definitely return to cafe bozner very soon ...

Very welcoming, clean, well organized venue. Excellent staff, kind, fast, practical and available to the customer. The very polite waitress, always smiling, polite and quick in serving deliveries. I have never seen an organization that is truly so efficient towards its customers. I highly recommend visiting the place. Excellent dishes. Good ice cream, and excellent coffee ... to be enjoyed in company, but also alone, to keep you company and put in a good mood all the staff thinks about it. I can't wait to go back. Good guys!! We happened to stop by to get something warm, and we ended up finding a very good place. Nice and tidy, service was very good.

Quite good. Coffee quality is pleasant for me without many kinds but sometimes one kind of a good cup is better than many sorts. Latte size is not matching expectations as it's more like a lungo size. But taste is good too.

Horrible service from dark haired man working behind the counter, cake and ice cream terrible. Worst experience at a cafe ever. Avoid at all cost!
